Out of all the Pokeworks locations in the area, we prefer this one in Davis Square mostly because of the friendly customer service and consistently good bowls we get. The employees are patient as each of us selects our fillings; I appreciate that because I have particular food allergies, and other places/locations make you feel rushed. The place is always clean, and we are in and out very quickly.

We had such a great experience at Pokeworks, and have to give a special shoutout to Zach! He was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely made our day with his positive energy. You can tell he really cares about the customers- he took the time to walk us through the menu and made sure everything was just right with our orders. It’s rare to come across someone that kind, sweet, funny and attentive, and it honestly made our whole meal even better. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but Zach’s amazing customer service is what will keep me coming back. Give that man a raise!!

I went there and got a smoothie and some food. The smoothie was amazing. The owner came and talked to us so the atmosphere was fun. The food was amazing I really enjoyed it.
Their selections were good, but it was a little hard to hear each other with the music and our voices, trying to order. Regardless, the staff was really nice and patient, so I appreciate that. It was in an easy-to-find and good location in Davis Square, so I'm sure I'll go to it again.
Zack is the best worker there. He's super nice, super courteous, and is efficient. I actually have come back just to see him. I wasn't going to come in today, but I told him yesterday I'd see him the next day, so I decided to grab a bowl.
